  11 month update:  The stain had to be redone as it looked like it was melting off which they said was due to the hot weather.  Repaid for the materials… Read More to have that redone.  Took them many attempts to get them back for that and to also redo the door handle which their installation had caused a large crack in the wood.

Called them back as after that was redone, the door was misaligned.  After multiple texts and calls, no response.  

Very disappointed as when they started the project Lalo seemed like he would be trustworthy to do the job right and be reliable.  Unfortunately can no longer recommend.

Eduardo would consult with me and make recommendations on what he thought would make the deck better and I would make the final decision. If I thought something needed to be changed, we would discuss the issue and it would be rectified if needed.

His main goal was to make the job right and didn’t take shortcuts that weren’t necessary. His price was fair and he kept to the approved budget other than for the changes that were of my request outside of the original proposal.

I’d highly recommend Eduardo.
